| Amy Frank-Lewallen, Owner
Amy graduated in 1995 from the University of Idaho with a B.S.
in Sport Science and a minor in Wellness. In college, Amy competed
in track as a 400 meter runner. Since then her focus has changed
to endurance sports. Amy competes in sprint triathlons, half/full
marathons and has her sights set on finishing a full Ironman Triathlon.
For 10 years, Amy has helped clients of all ages change their lives,
bodies and successfully compete in various athletic events. Amy
thrives on inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals. I
love seeing clients excited about how their body is changing.
Knowing there is no one size fits all answer to fitness,
Amy structures programs based on individual needs, goals and abilities.
Whether your goal is to loose weight, gain strength, finish a triathlon
or run a PR in a marathon Amys contagious enthusiasm and fitness
expertise will get you there.

Juliana Jade, Manager
Juliana comes to Fitness Together with a life long experience in
athletics. Judo, soccer, ballroom dance and weight lifting have
all been a part of her journey. Juliana is passionate about sharing
her expertise to enhance the lives of people around her. Along with
knowledge and experience in helping others reach their goals through
balanced nutrition, weight loss, endurance and strength training,
her specialty is body-sculpting.
Juliana firmly believes “that our potential is always greater
than our achievements, and personal growth is only a matter of knowledge
and discipline.” Through individualized program design, whatever
your fitness goal may be, Juliana will ensure your success.

Megan Jones
Megan received her AAS as a Fitness Specialist in 2002 from Lake Washington Technical College. After graduating, she assisted numerous Physical Therapists with exercise instruction to gain a more thorough understanding of the human body. Megan retains a therapeutic approach when designing exercise programs for anyone ranging from the novice to the athlete. She is an avid reader of foundational movement exercise theories and focuses on finding balance within the body. Balance is accomplished through functional movement, body awareness and mental focus. Megan is honored to help people fit in to their body better!
In her free time Megan enjoys meditation and stretching, hiking/camping, cooking, playing music and a variety of recreational sports.

Kylee Wilson
Kylee became involved in fitness after swimming competitively, which led to her becoming a swim instructor and lifeguard for 5 years. She then developed a passion for triathlons, competing in several races every summer along with the Seattle Half Marathon in 2006. She is training for and hopes to complete her first half ironman (Troika in Spokane) in August 2008.
Kylee spent 3 years as a preschool teacher before discovering her true calling in personal training. She will soon graduate from the personal fitness training program at Lake Washington Technical College. Her greatest feeling of accomplishment comes from developing individualized programs for her clients and sharing in their excitement when they achieve and surpass their goals.

| Karen Nolting
Karen is excited about sharing her experience and life long passions
for sports, fitness and an active lifestyle with her clients. She
is an avid distance runner who also enjoys backpacking, family day
hikes, cycling, skiing and team sports. She has coached many of
her children’s teams.
Karen was a police officer for many years before she took time
off from her career to raise her children. She spent the last few
years as a para educator in an elementary school. Working and motivating
clients at Fitness Together is her “fun job.”
Karen’s drive for activity, success and offering support to
her clients makes her an ideal personal trainer.

Sheldon Leibole
Sheldon has lived locally in the Issaquah area for twelve years.
He graduated Ashmead College's Fitness Training Program with a 4.0
GPA and is an ACE certified personal trainer. Sheldon is definitely
a trainer who can inspire you with his own personal experience with
weight loss.
As a child he struggled with obesity up until he was seventeen.
Weighing 280 pounds he decided a change was in order. Through dietary
control and regular cardiovascular and resistance exercise, he lost
over 100 pounds. He now loves to snow board, skate aggressively,
work out, and show people that nothing is impossible.

Berlin Maza
Berlin grew up around sports as a child. His passion since he
was young was in the area of fitness and he now loves to help others reach their
goals in fitness as well. Berlin graduated from Lake Washington Technical College
with a degree in Exercise Science. He will also has a degree from the Northwest
School of Massage in Kirkland and is the process of becoming a licensed massage
practitioner.
Berlin enjoys going to the gym and loves to play basketball and golf during
his free time. He has also trained as a boxer in a gym for over a year and hopes
to compete in an amateur boxing league sometime in the near future.
