RULES:

Everyone is automatically signed up. Each trainer has a team and on January 1st the teams are lined up, some teams on each side of the football field.


Yards Earned
1 yard for each 15 minutes of cardio
2 bonus yard for running with the Running Club (so if we go for an hour, you will get 6 yards)
1 yard (a hand off) for bringing in your nutrition journal (trainers will NOT penalize you for what you eat, but could give a penalty for having incomplete information)
5 yards for each session
5 yards for each pack session
7 Yards for an added day (5 plus 2 bonus yards - so 7 yards for a session or PACK class if it is in addition to the clients current schedule- this has nothing to do with the add-a-day sessions that may already be scheduled )
5 yards for each Pound lost. (can NOT round up - 1.9 pounds lost is 5 yards, as soon as they reach 2 pounds lost they will get the second 5 yards The first time they weigh in after January 1st is the starting weight)
5 yards for reaching a weekly goal set with your trainer.

NOTE: This system is for our weight loss clients. For Clients who are trying to gain muscle it can be reversed. 5 yards for gaining weight and a 5 yard penalty for losing weight.
5 yards for each referral who comes in for a free session (5 yard bonus if they purchase a minimum package of 18 sessions)

10 yards (Issaquah only) for starting a pack class of 3 or more

Each trainer will have a team. Some will go right to left, some left to right down the field.

Each trainer can pick one MVP (most valuable player) at the end of the week to give a 10 yard bonus to.

Trainers can give bonus yards when clients do something really well (push extra hard in a workout, new high in lifting, etc)


Penalties
10 yard penalty for missed session (without notice)
If a team collectively has 3 Missed session in a week, everyone on the team goes back 10 yards (there will be a place on the corner of the feild to mark these)
1 yard penalty for excessive whining (trainers will be encouraged not to discourage clients too much, but to motivate them to win the yard back by pushing really hard in the session.
1 yard penalty for having an incomplete journal
5 yard penalty for each pound gained.
If a team collectively gains 5 pounds in a week, everyone on the team gets a 5 yard penalty (there will be a place on the side to mark down pounds gained for each team/ each week- No names are by this.)
